Industrial parks
Bring the go-global operating model proven in three parks to yours
Who this is for: Operators of industrial parks, incubators, cluster service centres, development and cooperation zones, as well as industrial and logistics parks in Russia and Central Asia — parks that want to attract export business and grow their tenants.
What you may be facing
Policy and rent alone, with no ecosystem that draws exporters.
Tenants get little service after moving in, so they neither stay nor grow.
Systems built but unused, events held without results, little data to report upward.
Local companies want Russia and Central Asia, but the park lacks market resources and a service network.
What we provide
- 01
Park go-global plan
Using Lanhu Go-Global's software and AI together with the resource directory, we prepare a Russia and Central Asia plan for your park — every step backed by real resources, not vague advice.
- 02
Online collaboration platform
We provide the Lanhu Go-Global Collaboration Platform (resource directory, shared pool, go-global services, training & events, business matching), deployable under your park's brand.
- 03
Operating playbook
The practices our three jointly operated parks use: monthly meetups, needs logging with expert follow-up, results showcases — also available as joint events.
- 04
Training and trainers
Courses and trainers in Russian cross-border e-commerce, local e-commerce and AI operations come to your park.
- 05
Overseas resources
Access to warehousing, channels and service networks in Moscow, Almaty and Vladivostok, plus the shared pool and retail-chain entry, for your park's companies.
- 06
Three-park liaison point
Your park or cluster can set up a liaison point (showroom, selection, matching) at Kangli City Park in Shenzhen or at the Almaty or Vladivostok parks, putting local products straight into the market.
- 07
Operations support and management
From software deployment and team training to day-to-day operations support and full park management, in tiers as needed.
Ways to work with us
Visit each other or co-host a meetup or open class: get to know each other and work together once.
Deploy the online platform and train your park team to run it.
The Lanhu Go-Global team takes part in agreed daily operations: events, members, matching and results showcases.
Co-build a go-global service centre or liaison point, or take on fuller park operations. Staffing, fees, data rights, KPIs and exit terms are agreed in writing according to depth.
How it works

What each side commits to
We commit to
- Pilot first, then scale — results decide how deep we go.
- Every resource in the plan maps to real people and actions.
- Data ownership, brand use and revenue sharing are agreed in writing beforehand.
We ask you to
- Name a lead and a liaison team.
- Provide basic information on the park's industries and companies.
- Invest jointly and give timely feedback during the pilot.

Questions
Do we have to buy the software?
No. You can start with a joint event or a visit and decide on deployment as the partnership deepens.
Our park is not in Shenzhen. Can we partner?
Yes. Chinese parks can open a liaison point at Kangli City Park in Shenzhen; parks in Russia and Central Asia can link up with the Almaty and Vladivostok parks; we can also co-host events locally.
