Partners
Let's talk partnership
Lanhu Go-Global focuses on Russia and Central Asia and jointly operates three parks: the Almaty go-global park, the industry enablement centre at Kangli City Park in Shenzhen, and the Vladivostok go-global park. Whether you are a park company, a solo founder, a company looking for a base, a service provider, a fellow park or a government body, this page sets out what we can do for you, how to start and what each side commits to.
Which kind of partner are you?
Pick an entry point to see what we have prepared for you. Each type has its own page you can forward to colleagues or partners.
Nine things we bring
All six partner types draw on the same Lanhu Go-Global foundation. What differs is which pieces matter most to each.
Three jointly operated parks — Almaty go-global park, the industry enablement centre at Kangli City Park in Shenzhen, and Vladivostok go-global park — linking Chinese industry with Russia and Central Asia.
Operating offices in Moscow, Almaty and Shenzhen, plus go-global service centres in more than 10 Chinese cities, so someone picks up at both ends.
A new-media IP matrix built around founder “Chuhai Lao Yin”, with nearly 200,000 targeted followers and a private-community operation behind it.
The Lanhu Go-Global Collaboration Platform: resource directory, shared pool, go-global services, training & events and business matching — who needs what and who offers what, at a glance.
AI operations software links warehouses in Moscow, Almaty and Vladivostok into one shared pool with dropshipping; FBS dispatch can peak at 10,000 orders a day.
Company registration and licences, tax, logistics, warehousing and showrooms, export documents, payment collection — our own capacity plus partners, fully compliant locally.
A monthly go-global meetup, business trips to Russia and Central Asia, and training in Russian cross-border e-commerce, local e-commerce and AI operations.
Business contacts and industry experts from the resource directory follow up one to one: understand the need, confirm the match by hand, make the introduction and stay with it until there is a result.
Entry and direct supply to Russian retail chains (X5, Magnit, Lenta, Auchan, METRO, O’KEY); more than 200 Russian local sellers already served.
Once a month: the go-global meetup and results showcase
This is the engine behind every partnership. Real cases and the latest policy, plus two more things: the right people meet, and finished deals go on stage.
- 1Before
Everyone signs up on the platform. We first find out what each guest is looking for and can offer, and tag them properly.
- 2First half
Case talks and policy briefings; partners take turns giving a 5- or 10-minute business pitch. Deals that are done get signed and announced on stage.
- 3Second half
Open networking over tea. Important deals get a table of their own; guests can also join online from Moscow or Almaty.
- 4After
Your business contact checks in weekly and records progress. When a deal is closed, please tell us.
- 5Next round
Last month's results are announced on stage. Partners with more results get more exposure and referrals; long-idle pitch slots go to new partners.
Dates, venues and sign-up for each event are announced under Events.
Five ground rules for every partnership
The same for every partner type.
- Be honest
Only resources and services that can actually be delivered. No exaggeration, no sales promises.
- Use the platform
Sign-ups, requests and matching records stay on the platform, so service can be followed through.
- Report results
Deals made through the platform are announced at the showcase or reported to your business contact — which is free publicity for you.
- Respect boundaries
Nobody goes around a partner to their clients; your details are shown only as far as you agree; anything paid is agreed in writing in advance.
- Stay compliant
Money, customs, tax and legal entities follow Chinese and local rules; payments come back through compliant channels. No red lines crossed.

Does partnering cost anything?
Basic services — a profile, events, open classes and matching — are mostly free. In-depth services such as company setup and tax, logistics and warehousing, retail-chain entry or hands-on operations support are priced per project and agreed in writing beforehand. Nothing is compulsory.
I fit several types. Which page should I read?
Read the page for your main role. One organisation can be both a park company and a service provider — profiles and capability tags on the platform are meant to combine.
I am outside China. Can we work together?
Yes. We have offices in Moscow and Almaty and jointly operated parks in Almaty and Vladivostok; local sellers, distributors and service providers are all welcome.
